Chapter Runners Raise Awareness and Funds at the 2011 New York City Marathon                                                                       TSA-NYHV board member Helene Walisever and Risa Davis powerwalked in the 2011 New York City marathon (in their Team TSA shirts) to raise awareness of Tourette Syndrome and funds for the chapter.  The intrepid pair completed the 26.2 mile course in 6 hours, 39 minutes and 24 seconds.  By soliciting sponsorships from friends and family, the two raised over $10,000 to support the chapter's activities and programs in the coming year.
